  6. this is my essay! At the bottom is an image address!
Two summers ago my human took a trip to Pakistan. We were going there to help on a reserve where they were nursing sand cats back to health. Sand cats are endangered species that live in Europe, Pakistan, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. We stayed in a small hut with a thatched roof and no bathroom. It sounds like it was no fun, but I swear it was amazing.

The plane ride was long but my human carried me the whole time. We had to ride for an hour out into the dessert and to the reserve. We all got dusty! The sand cats were kept in a large penned area and were treated very nicely. We even got to meet one of the vets that took care of the animal. He promised after we got settled in he would show us around.

My human had to unpack all of her clothes; and I had to wait for what seemed like forever. Finally we left the hut and got our tour. I didn’t pay to close of attention to what he said until: Now, if you like you can see the cats! He led us into their ‘home’ as he called it and out towards some of the more tamed animals. I got to pet one! My human gave on of them eye medicine and her parents worked in the vet part with some even more injured sand cats.

I will always remember that as my favorite time, ever.
P.S. People buy these as pets. That is wrong! They are wild animals, please do not buy them!!!!!!

  8. Last Christmas my school went to sing at a nursing home. We had to sing about 20 songs for the different holidays coming up. After we were going to go to the ice-skating rink. Everyone was hyped up and wanted to go to the rink more than we wanted to sing… well, most people.

I same as my sister(who has Mia) ice skate professionally, or sort of professionally. We at least compete in competitions. I could ice skate whenever I wanted, so I was thrilled to be going to sing at the nursing home!

I sang my best and I really saw a lot of the people there 'light up'. After singing I talked to one of them. She said it was her best christmas in 40 years. It just goes to show how a little music can change someones life…

    THE END

  11. Name: Lindsey
A few years ago, It was just me and Sierra. one of my other sister had been adopted yet. Sierra fell down the stairs, and broke her arm. I had to help her with typing, and getting things down off shelves. I felt awful because she had to got to therapy for a while to help her arm heal. I would be the first to volunteer to help if any of my sisters broke a bone again.

I don't have a picture, but I ca describe her cast. She had a soft white piece of cloth it looked like on her arm, and blue plaster over that.
