First day!

Hello, this is my first day teaching here! My name is Ms. Trinket! I am super-dee-duper excited to be here. Let me first thank Ms. Winkie, she is so wonderful. I have a little assignment for you!

Have a good Winter break!

I will not be assigning any work for you to do as Christmas is about to begin, not to mention Hanukah! I hope everyone has a splendid time. I am going to be staying in my Grandmother's house so I am not sure I will be able to have Internet. But that is one of the nicest things about her house. You have no 'out side world' distractions! I have to go but I hope everyone has a wonderful time. Happy Winter break!!!!!!!!!

Introducing myself!

Hello, my name is Ms.Bianca. I will be teaching mostly english here. I will try to give an assignment a few times a week and may give a few long term story projects. I am really exited to be teaching here. If you have the time I would love to get to know you a little better. Maybe if you can just tell me the tiniest bit about yourselves. English: Story prompt one

ENGLISH!

Hi, I will be a teacher here for a while, I will be teaching mostly English. I know a lot of work has been assigned this week but maybe you can fit in one more little thing. I going to make a story prompt and I want YOU to finish it. I would like AT LEAST one paragraph (4 sentences) of a start of a story. But don't stop there! You can write as much as you want! This assignment is not set for any due date!

PROMT: Beth (you can change the name) felt along the wall for the door she knew was there. The rough texture of the wallpaper and the smell of new paint made her head spin. Suddenly she felt the small crack in the wall. There! She though triumphantly, she pulled until the door opened...

NOTE: My favorite story will get a prize!

hello dolls and students! today will probably be the last time we post until after the New Year. but anyway here is the assignment for this week (i know this is a lot with the essay thing so this is optional.):

you draw your self!! i know this sounds really easy but, do it! (if you want to)! this is how you do it:

1. draw yourself with any type of drawing utensil or paint
2. take a picture of you beside it
3. email the picture to me
4. i will post it (if you don't want me to just say that in the email)

Essay

hi dolls!! today i would like you to start a essay on a experience that you had helping someone or something. the essay needs to be at least two paragraphs (each with at least four sentences). you need to write about:
1. who you helped
2. what you did to help them
3. how you felt
4. and your over all experience
i know that this sounds like a lot but, once you start it you will probably keep going on and on. just email it to me at: ashlyn@directsourcefurniture.com. the one  i get that is the best will get a prize!! (i will post what the prizes are soon.) (maybe) :)



p.s. it doesn't have to be a true story. :) and if you send in pictures of you helping that person or thing you get a prize even if you don't win! and if you win and send in a picture yo get two prizes!!
